Car: the house is located in a pedestrian area; guests are allowed to reach it by car when loading or unloading luggage.
Electric car: there are several charging stations for electric cars near our holiday home. We suggest you to download the NEXTCHARGE app on your mobile phone to identify their location.
Parking: free and paid parking lots (credit cards accepted) can be found from mt 200 to mt 700 from the vacation home. Parking map

Booking/cancellation/no show: Standard conditions: from the moment of booking to 15 days before arrival: 0% penalty; from 14 days to 8 days before arrival: 50% penalty; from 7 days to the day before arrival: 80% penalty; on the day of arrival / no-show / early departure: 100% penalty For stays longer than 6 days: from 30 to 15 days before arrival: 30% penalty; from 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% penalty; from 7 days before arrival to 1 day before arrival: 80% penalty; day of arrival, no-show or early departure: 100% penalty.
