The three-room apartment ‘Riva’, on the ground floor, has been renovated trying to enhance the original architectural elements and to combine them with modern and functional furniture, so as to make it accessible to people with mobility difficulties or disabilities, if helped by a third person.

It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed and it is provided with air conditioning system and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dual mode microwave and a dishwasher.

Three small safes are available.

Located on the ground floor, it overlooks the private courtyard, where our guests can relax, enjoy breakfast or dine outdoor: the ornamental plants and herbs, which can be used for cooking, make the court an intimate, delightful and fragrant corner.
